Welcome to MoonaBaby. By accessing our website, ordering through our Telegram bot, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

MoonaBaby provides products designed for babies and families in Cambodia. These Terms apply to all orders and interactions with MoonaBaby — whether through our website (moonababy.com), our Telegram bot (@moonababycambodia), or our social media channels — together with the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering with MoonaBaby

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your country
• The delivery details you provide are accurate and complete
• You will not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Once your order is placed, we'll confirm it by email or Telegram, depending on how you ordered. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where necessary — for example, if a product is out of stock or delivery details cannot be verified. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice — the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and ABA bank transfer
• We do not collect or store your card or banking details on our website

Cash on Delivery: by choosing COD, you agree to be reachable by phone and available to receive and pay for your order at the delivery address you provided. You may inspect the product before paying (see our Return & Refund Policy). If COD orders are repeatedly refused or undeliverable, we may ask for prepayment by ABA transfer on future orders.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are always error-free or that colors appear exactly the same on every screen. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time; if a pricing error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

5. Important Safety Notice — Baby Monitors

MoonaBaby smart monitors are designed to help parents and caregivers watch over their little ones. However:

• A baby monitor is a parenting aid, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, monitor, or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for adult supervision or safe sleep practices.
• Never rely solely on the monitor for your baby's safety. Always follow the guidance of your pediatrician and recognized safe sleep recommendations.
• Install the monitor and its cables out of your baby's reach, following the instructions included with the product.

We include this notice because your baby's safety matters more to us than anything we sell.

6. Connectivity & App Requirements

Our smart monitors require a working home WiFi connection and a compatible companion app on your smartphone. Please note:

• Live streaming and notifications depend on your internet connection and phone settings — interruptions in your home network or mobile service are outside our control
• The companion app is developed and maintained by a third-party platform; app updates, features, and availability on app stores are managed by that platform
• These factors do not affect your warranty rights for hardware defects under our Return & Refund Policy

Our team is happy to help you set up and troubleshoot via Telegram — most connection issues are solved in minutes.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on electronic products. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Please review both for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of MoonaBaby and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services rely on third parties such as Shopify (our store platform), Telegram, delivery partners, and the companion app platform for our smart products. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, though we choose our partners carefully.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonaBaby shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our products are covered by the express warranty described in our Return & Refund Policy. Except for that warranty and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, no other warranties are provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Cambodia that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MoonaBaby harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
