Shipping policy

At MoonaBaby, we're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably across Cambodia — because we understand how important timely delivery is for your baby's needs.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Cambodia only — Phnom Penh and all provinces. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Fees

• Orders over $50: delivery is free, anywhere in Cambodia. The $50 threshold is based on your order subtotal (product total before delivery fees).
• Orders of $50 or less:
  • Phnom Penh: $[FILL IN — e.g. 1.50]
  • Provinces: $[FILL IN — e.g. 2.50]

For website orders, your delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. For Telegram orders, our team confirms the delivery fee with you before your order is finalized — no surprises.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order is processed:

• Phnom Penh: 1–2 business days
• Other provinces: 2–3 business days

We work with reliable local delivery partners to get your order to you quickly and safely. Delivery to remote areas may occasionally take an extra day — if so, we'll let you know when confirming your order.

5. Payment on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Cambodia, as well as prepayment by ABA bank transfer.

With COD, you're welcome to open and inspect your order with the delivery driver before paying. If something's wrong, decline the delivery and pay nothing — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Order Confirmation & Updates

After placing your order:

• You'll receive an order confirmation — by email for website orders, or by Telegram for orders through our bot (@moonababycambodia)
• Our team may contact you by phone or Telegram to confirm delivery details
• We'll share tracking or delivery updates when available from our delivery partner

7. Delivery Conditions

To keep your delivery on schedule, please make sure:

• Your phone number is correct and reachable
• Your address is clear and complete (street, house number, and a landmark helps a lot in provinces)

Delivery may be delayed if the address is incomplete or the recipient can't be contacted.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

• Our delivery partner will attempt redelivery, or we'll contact you to arrange a new time
• Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed attempts caused by an unreachable recipient or incorrect address
• If COD orders are repeatedly refused or undeliverable, we may ask for prepayment by ABA transfer on future orders (see our Terms of Service)

9. Damaged or Missing Items

The best protection is our COD promise: check your order at the door before paying. If you notice a problem after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
